More than just fries
In addition to fries, we produce much more at Lamb Weston. We are one of the world’s largest producers of frozen potato products, in all shapes and sizes, for every occasion. How about our Ziggy Fries, CrissCuts or Twister Fries, for example? We also supply semi-finished products such as mashed potatoes or binders for soup and many other products.

Again, we don’t just see a potato, but countless possibilities. Innovation and entrepreneurship are in the DNA of our company. We go beyond what is normal. This goes back to our origins, with founders such as Cees Meijer sr from Kruiningen and Gilbert Lamb from Oregon. In 1960, Lamb even invented the water pistol knife, still the standard for cutting potatoes. We are also the creators of the Twister Fries and CrissCuts.

Our chips don't need to be fried for as long, so there is less food waste. Moreover, it also requires less energy. We package our products efficiently to reduce waste.

Our potatoes are used as a nutritious and tasty meal, making optimal use of the whole potato. What remains during the production process is used as raw material for other products, such as mashed potatoes.
