FAQs

Q Our mission

We will fully understand the business of our customers and partners to help them differentiate their products and services and advance their business in the future.

Q Sustainable supply chain

Our supply chain revolves around efficient and sustainable transport methods and logistics. It is a complex system that is critical to delivering our products, both upstream and downstream. Think of the transport of potato products from farmer to factory, but also the transport from our factories to cold stores and ultimately to customers in more than 100 countries worldwide.

The transport and logistics activities required to realize all this require a lot of energy and use various resources. After all, the potato products have to be transported throughout Europe, by land and waterways. We use large ships for worldwide export. In Europe (including the UK, an important market for us) we have arranged downstream transport more than 51,000 times to ensure that our products reach our customers. This bridges an average distance of 800 km.

We have transported more than 4,500 containers on the long-distance shipping over an average distance of 14,500 km. As you can see, our logistics process requires many different movements over different distances, which adds to the complexity and variety in our supply chain.
